- Helping find and welcome new volunteers;
- Making sure new team members feel supported and well-trained;
- Creating a friendly ‘buddy’ system for new volunteers;
- Organising ongoing training and support for our current volunteers.

- Answering the phone;
- Helping clients connect with the services we offer;
- Maintaining our database of clients;
- Liaising with course tutors

The Bookers team work on a Rota basis.
You would be ‘on duty’ in your own home, for about three or four 2-hour sessions each month when available.
