Flamstead One-to-One Sessions
On the first Wednesday of every month Computer Friendly operate free Drop-In sessions in The Spotted Dog PH for local residents who need help solving their computer, tablet or phone problems. We are now extending this service so that free One-to-One appointments can be booked on any Wednesday, as shown below:

| 1st Wednesday of the month | Normal Drop-in service between 10:30 and 12:30 – plus – pre-booked 30 minute One-to-One sessions between 10:30 and 12:30 as per the following form |
| 2nd and subsequent Wednesdays of the month | Pre-booked 30 minute One-to-One sessions between 10:30 and 12:30 only as per the following form |
What happens after you complete the above form?
- The submitted details will be sent to the Flamstead Drop-In Team and the Computer Friendly Bookers Team.
- A member of the Flamstead Drop-In team should normally respond within 48 hours.
- They will confirm the date and time of your One-to-One session and ask about the issues you would like to resolve.
- If we need to change your appointment so the right team member is available, we will agree this with you first.

Appointment location:
Appointments will normally take place at the Spotted Dog PH, High Street, Flamstead between 10:30 and 12:30. If another location is better suited, we will discuss this with you directly. Details of the Flamstead Drop-In can be found on the Flamstead Drop-In page
